Manager Jindrich Trpisovsky revealed to reporters that Ogbu will undergo an MRI scan to assess the severity of the injury he sustained during the match against Dukla Prague, where Trpisovsky’s side dropped points.
According to Slavia’s official webpage, the coach said, “I don’t have a detailed report yet; he’s going to have an MRI.
“The first prediction is a tear in the adductor muscle in the groin. He was injured like this once and came back in half the time. We’ll see after the examination.”
Jaroslav Tvrdik, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Slavia Prague, has also confirmed that Ogbu will be out of action for a while due to injury.
Slavia has recorded sixteen clean sheets this season, due in part to Ogbu’s crucial role in their defence.
