One of the aides to the governor of Delta state, Ossai Ovie Success, has expressed his disappointment after a married woman stepped out in ripped jeans.
He posted the photos of the married woman on his Facebook page and expressed his disapproval of the outfit. According to him, women who are married should not step out on such clothing.
