Nigerians on social media are reacting to a video of the Executive Chairman, Kosofe Local Government Area, Moyo Ogunlewe, ordering the arrest of a Tricycle rider for converting a newly reconstructed road into a mechanic spot.

According to Ogunlewe, the tricyclist is among those who claim Lagos is smelling but contribute to the smell. He argued that it is painful to see a road being reconstructed turned into a mechanic spot and a dumping ground for abandoned vehicles.
