Friends and family members have been thrown into mourning after the d3ath of a young woman, Kuyikabasi Patrick, two days to her birthday party.
The entrepreneur was full of excitement and anticipation, ready to celebrate her special day on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
She had sent out invites to friends on WhatsApp and Facebook, inviting them to her party.
Sadly her life was tragically cut short in a motor accident on July 22.
Sharing her photos on Thursday, one of her friends, Ceedar Inee, wrote, “Happy birthday In heaven my darling sister and friend. May the light lead u home. U have broken my heart n caused me so much tears. It’s well. May you find rest Amen. Our times together will remain treasured. Wen u came home to see me on Sunday I didn’t know that wud be our last time seeing Mayb the hug wud have been a long one. U wud call me ur sister and tell me Omo we will get there in life. So all the tings we talked about on Sunday na so e just end??? I miss u so much ! Wish it was a dream I wud be awake long ago .. Kai. Life is not promised u have confirmed this to me. All ur voicenotes on my phone I now play them n cry. My desire is for u to rest well Amen,” she wrote.
