Meet the polyamorous couple that uses ‘s3x calendar’ to keep their relationship balanced and organized

by Lordvibez

A polyamorous family of four has revealed how scheduling intimacy for them is a necessity.

Kel Macettare, 41, and Bruno Cordisco, 42, who have been together since high school, share their home with their two sons — Henry, 19, and Hector, 13, as well as an unconventional but functional relationship dynamic: both parents have additional partners.

The Brazilian couple opened their marriage after a visit to a swingers’ club, eventually forming romantic connections with Diego Machado and Jennifer de Faria. Machado now lives with them full-time, while de Faria visits regularly on weekends.

To manage the complex emotional and logistical dynamics, the group relies on two household calendars — one for daily family tasks and another private one exclusively for scheduling intimate time between the adult partners.

“Kel and I have intense chemistry and we’re intimate every day,” Cordisco told NeedToKnow. “Since we dedicate weekends to our other partners, it builds up anticipation and desire between us during the week.”

The idea for a structured “sex calendar” emerged after Macettare began feeling sidelined in the group dynamic, particularly as de Faria was spending more time with Cordisco.

“In the beginning, Jennifer was spending a lot of time with Bruno, and I felt like we were losing our private connection,” Macettare explained. “That’s when we came up with the sex schedule, so everyone could stay organized and things could feel more balanced.”

According to the group, the calendar has helped improve communication, enhance intimacy, and ensure that all partners feel valued and included. On weekdays, Macettare and Cordisco prioritize each other, while weekends are reserved for time with their respective partners.

To maintain boundaries and privacy, the adults sometimes leave the home to stay at motels or rented spaces. When all four partners are under the same roof, they rotate between separate rooms.

The concept of scheduling sex isn’t unique to this Brazilian family. In New York, Upper West Side couple Jay and Sofia Lyons have practised the same for decades.

“It’s made our relationship one million times better,” said Jay Lyons, an Emmy-winning director and producer. “
